My passion for wine-making originated in La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, a small village in the Chablis region where I spent part of my childhood.

After completing a degree in viticulture, I gained experience through the various positions I occupied in two of the most influential domains of the Chablis vineyard. For 15 years, I have been wine-maker in two important renowned domaine in Chablis (Domaine Jean Durup (my oncle) & Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard (my  father in law)). However, my best wish was to work for myself, so I could understand my wines from the vineyard to the bottle. In that sense, I can share with my clients the life of this passionating craft so varied.....These fifteen years of career in the wine industry convinced me and my wife to start our own adventure.

Lastly, we would be delighted to welcome you in our restored house and cellar situated under this one. It will be the occasion to taste our wines and especially the 2013 vintage. Of course, I will inform you about the techniques of work I use to make our wines, and we could visit the vineyard.
