The 2022 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru has a delicate nose that unfolds white peach, slighters of Anjou pear and melon. An underlying mineralité only appearsafter several minutes. The palate is well-defined with peach and passion fruit at the entry, and it is a little more tropical than the aromatics suggest. Though there is tension and « bite », teh finish is quite spicy and longin the mouth. Fine. tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.

The 2022 Chablis Vaucoupin 1er Cru has a lifting bouquet of apple blossom, clementine and highly crushed stone aromas that are very focused and delineated. The palate is well-balanced with a much better lineof acidity than others from this climat, a clever reductionof play at the finish. Very fine. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis
