The 2021 vintage was punctuated by particular weather conditions throughout the year: the spring frost in April destroyed a large part of the buds, significantly reducing the harvest. This was “saved” by a hot and dry June, allowing the vines to flower in good conditions, and the humidity of July was balanced by the dry weather of August, restoring a good state of health.
After a year of difficult work in the vineyard, the 2021 vintage is low in quantity but of very good quality.
