The wines of the Chablis region are defined by their terroir: clay-limestone soils dating from the Kimmeridgian age. Rich in fossils, these soils give Chablis its distinctive minerality.

The estate’s vines are rooted in the famous Kimmeridgian limestone, rich in marine fossils, which gives the wines of Chablis their unmistakable minerality.
Each climat — a precisely delimited vineyard plot — expresses its own identity, shaped by its aspect and altitude.

Pale gold colour; an elegant nose of floral and citrus notes. The palate, fine and silky, reveals a fine mineral tension and a long, thoroughbred finish.

This chardonnay draws its character from Chablis’ emblematic Kimmeridgian soils, combining freshness, minerality and delicate notes of white fruit with great elegance.

Pale gold colour. The nose is powerful, with aromas of citrus and white fruit. The palate, fine and elegant, reveals soft fruit — pear, peach — and a long, aromatic finish.

Its Kimmeridgian soils lend the chardonnay depth, finesse and mineral expression, with notes of ripe fruit and citrus on a broad palate and a long, saline finish.

Bright yellow colour; a delicate, very fruity nose with aromas of almond and ripe fruit. A fine mineral tension brings liveliness to a round texture, with lovely length on the palate.

Light gold colour. The palate is very fine and elegant, delicately floral, with silky fruit and a long, aromatic finish.

Bright yellow colour. An elegant, assertive nose of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, a structured wine, well balanced between minerality and acidity, with notes of almond.
Planted mostly with chardonnay, the vineyard is also home to sauvignon (Saint-Bris), pinot noir (Irancy) and aligoté, as well as the rare, historic sacy and césar grape varieties.
The Auxerrois terroir is marked by varied soils of clay, limestone and marl, which bring diversity and complexity to the wines. The whites range from fresh and mineral to rich and complex, while the reds run from light and fruity to more structured and tannic.

Golden colour with green tints. This most charming wine expresses notes of white peach and citrus such as grapefruit, underpinned by a minerality that lingers on the palate.

Pale yellow colour; scents of white flowers, almonds and toast. On the palate, a fine minerality brings out the character of our soils, with a honeyed finish.

A dry wine, light yet powerful, with aromas of white fruit, vineyard peach and white flowers. Very fresh and full of character, with lovely acidity.

Aromas of white flowers and green apple. A very light, fresh wine with well-balanced acidity, ideal as an aperitif or with charcuterie and cheeses.

Deep ruby colour with violet tints. A fruity, smoky nose that carries through to the palate, with flavours of cooked red fruit.

On the nose, red fruit comes to the fore — raspberry, cherry, morello — lifted by blackcurrant and blackberry. The palate is full-bodied and rich, with a marked balance between substance and liveliness.

Ruby colour. Notes of dark fruit — cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant — with a subtle animal hint. On the palate, the tannins are silky and delicate.

Pale pink colour. The nose offers floral aromas, almond and toast. The palate shows great mineral power, finishing on notes of fresh red fruit.

Fine, persistent bubbles and a pale gold colour with pink tints. The nose opens on notes of red fruit and brioche; the palate is lively and generous, carried by a lovely mineral freshness.
